A Raleigh, North Carolina native, Shauna is responsible for coordinating and administering the overall hospice program across all geo-regions through a quality focused team and Company culture, including consistent delivery of quality care plans to meet patient/family needs, business expansion to support growth, as well as regulatory compliance with all applicable agencies. She brings over 14 years of hospice and management experience and has a special passion for seniors— ensuring quality of care, patient safety, staff engagement and end of life care. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winston-Salem State University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two boys.

Tina and her husband of thirty-one years have enjoyed many life adventures living in six states over their years together and are proud parents of three grown children.
