A Raleigh, North Carolina native, Shauna is responsible for coordinating and administering the overall hospice program across all geo-regions through a quality focused team and Company culture, including consistent delivery of quality care plans to meet patient/family needs, business expansion to support growth, as well as regulatory compliance with all applicable agencies. She brings over 14 years of hospice and management experience and has a special passion for seniors— ensuring quality of care, patient safety, staff engagement and end of life care. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winston-Salem State University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two boys.

Tina Pell

Originally from Pennsylvania, Tina is responsible for the hospice program services throughout our North Carolina regions and is passionate about patient care. She has received accolades and has been recognized as a compassionate and dedicated leader who has successfully achieved and exceeded in both patient quality initiatives while gaining the trust of referring clinicians and community partners resulting in consistent growth. She brings over thirty years of health care experience with many of those years focused on hospice and palliative care. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with minor in psychology from Misericordia University. Tina and her husband of thirty-one years have enjoyed many life adventures living in six states over their years together and are proud parents of three grown children.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Amanda is responsible for developing new partnerships and business opportunities across the Company’s geo-reach, as well as serving as a liaison for existing partner relationships to ensure quality patient care goals and quality metrics are met. She also directs the Company’s brand communications, community education, and the overall growth and development strategy. She brings over 15 years of hospice experience including a personal family experience that helped fuel her belief and drive that hospice can make a difference for patients and their families. Amanda holds a BA in Counseling Psychology from Albright College and enjoys spending time at the beach with her daughter.

A local, growing up in Richlands, Sharon is responsible for day-to-day functions of the corporate office as well as providing support for the area branch offices for payroll, supply inventory, IT support and other administrative needs. She can attest to benefits of hospice services as she has been a caregiver herself and knows the true value of hospice in those final days. Sharon attended Coastal Carolina Community College receiving certification in the General Office Technology Program and enjoys spending time with her three daughters and four granddaughters usually on the ball field at a game.
